Hyderabad born Satya Nadella has been appointed as Microsoft CEO by Microsoft board on Tuesday Feb 4 2014. It is a kind of land mark move by Microsoft and celebration time for Satya Nadella family and friends. It is a good news that an Indian origin person becoming the chief for Mircosoft. Majority of US Americans do not encourage Indian origin leaders to come in to mainstream. This bias is more in mid-west, south and east America. But the pacific costal area bit different though parts of these areas are still want to have US Americans in leadership roles even though sometime they do not find a right leader they will be ready to compromise but do not offer high positions like CEO to Indian origin person.
