Twitter went through an upgrade today, the upgrade is going to mimic its iOS and Android applications. The user profile and header pictures alongside the user bio information in the lefthand sidebar that currently shows trends. Users only see their name, how many tweets they have, how many people they are following, and how many people follow them. The new sidebar includes an area to compose tweets as well, earlier to the upgrade users had to click the small compose button and enter the tweet into a pop-up text box.
